Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- move around the whole site using just a keyboard
- use the site with a screen reader
- turn off animations, using your device’s “reduce motion” setting
- read the text easily, with clear headings and plain words
Known issues
We know some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet:
- Some older documents, such as PDF policies, may not work well with screen readers. We’re updating our policies and will make new versions as accessible as we can.
- The map is provided by OpenStreetMap and may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. Our full address and phone number are always shown next to it.
We last checked the site in October 2026, on phones and computers, with automated tests and by hand. If we find anything else, we’ll add it here.
